Filter open stock transfer lines and add them to a bucket. Split quantities across plans when one truck can't take it all.

Configure the route
Set pickups and drop-offs, including multi-drop runs. Distance is measured for you.

Assign a vendor
Choose the vendor and vehicle and see the route cost, per km and in total, before you commit. Or open the job for vendors to claim.

Review and send
Tag the trip, add remarks for the vendor and create the plan. The vendor is notified straight away.

Can Transflow carry our brand?
Yes. The portal, sign-in page and driver app can all be published under your name, logo and colours.
Do our vendors' drivers need company phones?
No. Drivers install the app on their own iOS or Android phone and sign in with a one-time code.
How do our stock transfer orders get in?
Upload them from Excel, and every upload is kept in a history you can audit. Talk to us about importing from your ERP.
Who can see a delivery's progress?
Your logistics team, the vendor and storekeepers each see it in their workspace. Receivers can check status on the public tracking page with the plan number.
